At the start of this year we walked back into the Peruvian Amazon for a month-long immersion, sitting in 16 ceremonies and dieting master plants, respecting the ways of the Shipibo tradition, to deepen our own capacity, soften our nervous systems, and refine how we hold space.
We believe in leading from lived experience, not theory. These are our reflections from our time in the Jungle.
P.S. We are quietly building a container to take a small group back to the source with us soon. Read the stories to see if you feel the pull.
Building Capacity by Staying Present in Discomfort
A reflection on how plant medicine reveals our edges, and how true capacity is built through staying present with discomfort in the body and nervous system.
The Deeper Work in Ordinary Moments
Four ceremonies in, we reflect on how real transformation is not found in peak experiences, but in the ordinary moments that follow them.
Plant Intelligence, Breath & the Nervous System speak the same language
A few days into our jungle retreat, we reflect on plant intelligence, nervous system safety, and the similarities between breathwork and Ayahuasca in supporting deeper transformation.
The Medicine asks for Honesty and Clarity
As we begin a four week Ayahuasca retreat in the Peruvian jungle, we reflect on intention, nervous system safety, and preparing ourselves for the depth of the work ahead.
