(Event wraps at 6:30pm, with an extra 30min buffer afterwards to integrate and connect more)
Our Signature In-Person Immersion
Taking time to genuinely reset your nervous system shouldn’t feel rushed, crowded, or clinical. True nervous system regulation requires much more than just an hour of breathing - it needs time, warmth, safety, and intentional pacing.
The Space Within Breathwork Experience is our response to that need. Refined through years of holding space and listening closely to what the body actually requires to integrate, we have curated an experience distinct to who we are and how we hold space - ensuring you leave feeling completely regulated, grounded, and clear.
We are opening an intimate gathering strictly limited to 8 people, giving you generous personal space and the dedicated care of dual facilitators. With panoramic ocean views and visiting native birds just outside the window, our studio is a quiet cocoon. We’ll settle into the gentle glow of candlelight and a warm fire as the late afternoon light softens outside.
Gathering with ceremonial-grade cacao is one of our absolute favourite things to add to open conversation and slow meditative grounding to quiet that mental noise and anchor you into your body. You’ll be guided through a full 1-hour Owaken Breathwork journey supported by an intentionally curated playlist, intuitive guidance, and balanced masculine and feminine holding. Every journey is distinct - whether you experience emotional release, intuitive clarity or deep inner stillness, you will leave feeling visibly lighter and reconnected.
Afterward, there is no rush to pack up. We have built in an unhurried buffer until 7:00 PM to sip herbal tea, pull oracle cards, chat, and softly land back to earth before heading home.
Why This Container is Unique
Balanced Dual Facilitation (All Genders Welcome): Facilitating together as a couple brings a natural harmony of grounded masculine and nurturing feminine energy into the room, creating an open, safe space for all bodies.
Strictly no more that 8 Mats: No crowded rooms or divided attention. Two certified facilitators dedicated entirely to a small group ensures a high-touch, held experience.
In-Person Offering: As our travel plans will be picking up across 2027, our intimate in-person Auckland studio dates will be significantly limited. If you have felt the pull to breathe with us in this space, now is the time to step in.
Meet Your Facilitators
We are certified Owaken Breathwork facilitators with years of background in yoga, meditation, and Reiki energy practices. Because we weave these somatic and energetic modalities into every session, the space feels deeply rooted, safe, and physiologically restorative from the moment you arrive. More details on our About us page.
