Breathwork is one of the most effective ways to move stuck energy and create space for clarity, awareness, and new possibilities.
Chronic stress, unresolved emotions, and past experiences can create imbalances in the body and mind. Through activating and restorative breathwork techniques, we support you in restoring a more natural flow — allowing you to let go of what you’ve been holding and reconnect with yourself in a deeper way.
As you create space within your body, mind, and emotions, you begin to show up differently — with more clarity, awareness, and a greater sense of wholeness.
What is Breathwork?
Breathwork is a powerful way to access the body’s natural ability to heal, regulate, and release.
It can bring awareness to patterns in your thoughts, behaviours, and emotional responses, helping you understand the root of certain habits or coping mechanisms. By working directly with the breath, you move beyond autopilot and reconnect with how you truly feel beneath conditioning.
This work supports awareness of your breathing patterns, stress responses, emotions, needs, and intuition — creating the foundation for meaningful and lasting change.
How Breathwork Supports the Body
Optimal wellbeing involves the physical, mental, emotional, and energetic body — and breathwork works across all of these levels at once.
The body already knows how to heal and release. Breathwork simply creates the conditions for this to happen in a safe and supported way.
Through this process, you may access and move stored energy, sensations, or emotions that have been held in the body. This allows for a natural sense of release, completion, and reconnection with your own life force and inner guidance.
What Happens in a Session?
Each session is guided and adapted to your individual needs.
Arrival & grounding
We begin with a conversation around your intention, followed by a short meditation and gentle breathing to help you settle and feel grounded.
Preparing for your journey
You’ll be guided through the breathing techniques and have time to practice them. We’ll also explain what you might experience and how you’ll be supported throughout.
The breathwork journey
During the session, you are invited to follow your body’s natural responses. Emotional or physical release can happen in different ways, or you may simply experience deep rest or clarity. Everything is welcome, and you are fully supported throughout.
Support may include verbal guidance, breath cues, and (with consent) supportive touch, tapping, or sound.
Integration & closing
We close with restorative breathing to help your body settle and integrate the experience. There is time to reflect, share, or journal, and we remain available to support you as needed.
Duration
Sessions are approximately 2.5 hours, with the actual breathwork journey being around 1 hour, consisting of active and restorative breathing.
What You Might Experience
Every session is different. You may feel physical sensations, emotional release, increased clarity, or a deep sense of calm and connection. Some sessions are more active, while others may feel quiet and restorative. There is no right or wrong way to experience breathwork — your body will guide the process.
Is it Safe?
Your safety is central to this work. We meet you exactly where you are and adapt each session to your needs. This is a trauma-informed practice, and you are always in control of your experience. Our role as facilitators is to hold a grounded, supportive space where you can safely explore and reconnect with yourself.
Our Approach
For meaningful and lasting change, we take a holistic approach — acknowledging your life experiences, patterns, and environment as part of the process. This work can be deep, but it is always guided with care, intention, and respect for your pace. The aim is not to “fix” you, but to support you in reconnecting with your own inner intelligence and capacity for healing.
Training & Experience
We are certified Trauma-Informed Breathwork Facilitators through Owaken Breathwork. Our training included extensive personal practice, ongoing facilitation, and in-depth study of the breath, nervous system, and human psychology. We continue to deepen our work through ongoing mentorship and lived experience.
