No Going Back to How Things Were
A full month in the Amazon jungle. Sixteen Ayahuasca ceremonies, a deep master plant diet, and countless quiet, sweaty moments in between.
It is always hard to accurately explain to people what truly shifts in a space like this, but something about the way we see the world has completely changed. It’s like certain old patterns simply don’t fit our systems anymore. The loops that once felt normal, the ways we used to hold ourselves back, and the quiet agreements we used to make with fear all feel different now. Something about this month has reminded us that staying stuck in those old paths is entirely optional.
Your nervous system learns differently when you actually dedicate yourself to the unglamorous groundwork. It changes when you choose to stay with the discomfort and consistently show up for the daily integration, not just the flashy ceremony experiences. Over time, you literally start to reorganize your entire perspective, your capacity, and your willingness to live more honestly.
This is the exact same thing we see so clearly in our breathwork spaces. The breath meets you exactly where you are and slowly teaches the body how to soften, regulate, and expand its capacity to feel. Experiencing the intelligence of these master plants alongside the breath has only deepened our respect for the body’s innate ability to heal itself when you actually give it the right conditions.
We’re heading home with a much deeper commitment to this path. It’s a commitment to our own ongoing healing, our own expansion, and the massive responsibility that comes with guiding others through theirs. We are ready to hold space for the people who are truly ready to meet themselves in that same raw way.
Looking back over the month, the most powerful part of this journey wasn’t actually just the ceremonies themselves. It was the people. It was the late-night conversations, the shared courage, and the way a group of strangers became perfect mirrors for each other’s growth.
Being surrounded by a community of people who are genuinely devoted to their own transformation lights something up in you that is impossible to ignore. It reminds us exactly why we do this work, why we keep refining the way we hold space, and why we follow the path that genuinely excites and calls us forward.
After a month like this, there is no real way to go back to playing small. We are only moving forward from here with more presence, more honesty, and a much deeper devotion to the life we know we are here to create. We are so ready to support the people who feel that exact same pull.
