The Deeper we go, the Quieter we Become
The deeper we go into this process, the quieter we seem to become. We are officially in our final week now with fourteen Ayahuasca ceremonies behind us and only two left to go.
If you had asked us a month ago how we’d feel at this point, we probably would have guessed "completely exhausted." But honestly, what we feel most right now is just peaceful, empowered, and deeply grounded. It’s not because everything out here has suddenly become comfortable or easy. It’s because there is simply less resistance inside of us.
The master plant diet has a brutal but beautiful way of simplifying your entire existence. When all your usual external comforts fall away—the air conditioning, the endless scrolling on your phone, the variety of food—you are left entirely alone with your own inner landscape. In a space this sensitive, you start to notice your own energy immediately. The jungle constantly invites you to look inward before you blame anything on the outside world.
Practically, that means learning to sit with discomfort a little longer than you normally would instead of reaching for a distraction. It means taking absolute responsibility for the vibe and the energy you bring into a room. And sometimes, it means meeting moments of tension or frustration with total honesty, coming from a place of genuine care rather than ego or control.
We are learning that real harmony isn’t created by dodging the uncomfortable stuff. It comes from meeting it head-on with steadiness and presence. The deeper we go into this work, the more responsibility we feel for how we show up, not just for ourselves, but for the collective energy of the space.
As we move into these final two ceremonies, we aren't searching for more wild, mind-bending experiences. We've had enough of those. What we’re really leaning into now is pure presence, integrity, and a deeper sense of peace within our own skin. There is something incredibly powerful about finally reaching that quiet space.
