The Chakras Embodied
A yoga practice for energetic awareness and inner transformation
This class will give you a big paradigm shift — a simple yet powerful mix of yoga, meditation, pranayama, and mantras, combined in a way you’ve never experienced before. We’ll work with your physical, emotional, mental, and psychic bodies through dynamic and still meditations — a gentle yet deeply impactful sequence designed to bring awareness and balance.
You’ll go deep within yourself to understand where old habits and repetitive cycles come from, and how they’re connected to moments of stress or imbalance in your life. Learn how your chakras develop over the years, how energetic “toxins” build up around them, and how to cleanse and restore flow through awareness and practice.
We will begin with discussion and exploration, followed by physical and energetic practices that help you integrate what you learn. Beginner friendly — all you need is an open mind and a curious heart.
This practice is easy enough to do as a daily practice. We will send you the postures afterwards via email.

Breathwork Event
Making space for our Echoes
Breathwork is one of the most effective ways to get stuck energy into motion so that you can gain clarity and allow fresh possibilities to emerge. The ultimate goal is for you to feel empowered through your own connection to your breath and the innate healing intelligence in your own body. You are going to discover so much about yourself through this journey!
Step into a guided breathwork journey designed to release old patterns and create space for a lighter, freer version of yourself. Many of our reactions, habits, and relationships are shaped by experiences we may no longer even remember—but through conscious breath, these patterns can be noticed, understood, and transformed. In this session, you’ll explore those old imprints, uncover your emotional triggers, and cultivate the ability to respond to life with compassion and awareness. Through the breath, you’ll create space to respond from your grown-up, integrated self—freeing yourself from repetitive loops and stepping into more empowered relationships with yourself and others. You’ll leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and deeply connected to your own strength, ready to show up in your life with clarity, ease, and confidence.

Through Breath and Drum
A transformative Breathwork and Shamanic journey experience
We are excited to share this long-awaited collaboration, combining the somatic healing of breathwork with the ancient wisdom of shamanic journeying. Breathwork is a deeply spiritual practice that helps release stuck energy, old patterns, and limiting beliefs, allowing the body’s innate wisdom to emerge. When paired with the steady rhythm of the drum, this experience becomes even more powerful, guiding you into deeper layers of awareness and insight.
The session begins with an introduction to both breathwork and the shamanic journey, explaining what to expect and how to work with the energy. You will then be guided through a 30-minute activation breathwork practice, followed by a shamanic journey led by Alyse. The experience concludes with a grounding and recalibration period and an open sharing circle to integrate the insights that have arisen.
Shamanic journeys invite you to explore your inner world, reconnect with the Elements, Seasons, and Directions, and receive guidance from spirit allies and power animals. This is a sacred space to meet yourself, release what no longer serves you, and gain deep clarity.
