Rest

Mondays 6:30pm
This class is a necessity for anyone who needs some replenishment after a busy week by offering various ways to calm the mind and body. We will help you to release tension by using props that support the body in restorative poses, soothing your nervous system. Complemented by breath work and Meditation, this combination will leave you feeling rested and reconnected within.

Transformational Yoga

Tuesdays 6:30pm
A beginner-friendly class, but you will need to have an open mind for something different! This class includes slow movement, a specific set of postures combined with mantras, humming and breathing - a complete focus on the chakra system and energetic balance in the body. It is extremely beneficial for the body, emotions, mind and heart - you will feel a clear shift here.

Radiant Being

Every second Wednesday 6:30pm & Every Second Friday 9am. See Timetable for alternating days.
These classes are created to expand your awareness and allow your soul to feel seen and heard. This is for all the Starseeds out there who wish they could have meaningful deep conversations with humans who accept them for who they are. We do whatever fills our cups - sometimes we literally fill cups with cacao ;) - Sometimes it’s meditation, sometimes it’s dancing, shaking, eye-gazing, sometimes it’s restorative yoga or breathing practices. We do a little bit of everything to recalibrate our nervous system through connection and community - so if you’re not really into yoga, but want to be part of a total vibe - this is perfect for you!

Mindful Mornings

Wednesdays 6:45am
Are there any early-birds out there that want to join us for morning yoga? This will be a mix of movement to stretch the body, meditation, slow flows - whatever is needed to gently stretch and wake the body up, so that you can walk out energised for the morning.

Dynamic to Still

Thursdays 6:30pm
Getting the best of both, this class will balance both your passive (yin) and active (yang) energies. We will spend half of the class doing a slower practice, working with the breath and holding stretches for longer, and the other half of the class will be quite dynamic, playing with faster flows, heating the body up and getting the heart pumping. It can either start slow and end fast, or start fast and end slow - OR we might play with mixing these dynamics throughout the class.

Breathing Space

Thursdays 6:45am (Starting in July dates TBC)
A short and sweet Meditation and Breathwork class to start your day grounded and fully embodied. Because it is such a short class, we will be offering this online. You can literally sit in bed for this! You are also totally welcome to come to class in person, we will just be meditating and doing gentle breathing practices, so you don’t even need to wear your yoga gear if you have to dash off to work after!
