Breathe & Share:
Special Offer Studio Journey
$40
Saturday 31 October | 9:30am-12pm
Breathwork is a simple, powerful way to move stuck energy, clear your head, and reconnect with your body. You do not need any prior experience, your breath does the work, and our role is simply to hold a safe, grounded space for whatever comes up.
The Special Offer: $40 + A Quick Video Review
We are offering this session at a special rate of $40 in exchange for a short 1 to 2 minute video review right after the journey.
As a small business, honest video stories mean the world to us. Even more, hearing from real people helps newcomers find the courage to try breathwork and see that anyone can do it.
How the video recording works (Zero pressure, totally easy):
A private, cozy nook: We have a dedicated phone setup tucked just next to the studio space as we would like to capture everyone’s videos before they leave, within our studio environment. You will have plenty of privacy while recording. No one will be standing over your shoulder or interviewing you.
Helpful prompt cards: If you are not sure what to say, we have simple cue cards with a couple of gentle questions to spark your thoughts.
Done in two minutes: After the journey, you will have plenty of time to ground, sip some warm tea, and journal. When you feel ready, just wander over, tap record, chat naturally for a minute or two about your experience, and you are all set.
The Flow (2 Hours Total with a 30 minute extra buffer at the end)
Grounding & Setup: Settling into the studio, opening the circle, and preparing the body.
The Journey (1 Hour): Guided conscious breathwork supported by a curated musical landscape.
Integration & Reviews: Gentle grounding, warm tea, reflection, and recording your short video clip.
Is Breathwork for Me?
This session is open to everyone. If you have never tried conscious breathwork before, this is a welcoming, gentle place to begin. If you already have an established practice, it is a lovely space to drop in and deepen your connection.
A note on the group environment:
Because we are breathing together in a shared room, people often release emotions through tears, laughter, or vocal sounds. We play music throughout the journey to support the flow and soften ambient room sound. If you are particularly sensitive to noise, you are very welcome to bring a pair of earplugs (Loop earplugs work wonderfully).
What to Bring
Comfortable, warm layers and cozy socks (we provide mats and blankets)
Water bottle
Pillow for your head
Journal and pen
An eye mask if you prefer your own (we have studio eye masks available, please wear minimal or no eye makeup to help us keep them clean)
Come as you are, we look forward to sharing the space and breathing with you.
Parking & Location:
Please refer to our Contact page HERE for detailed instructions on where to find us.
Safety & Health Note
Activated breathwork is a deeply transformative, dynamic somatic practice. Because it creates physiological shifts, it is not recommended if you are pregnant or navigating certain cardiovascular conditions, epilepsy, recent major surgeries, or acute psychiatric conditions.
If you have any health questions or want to check whether this container is right for you, please reach out directly at connect@thespacewithin.co.nz - often we can accommodate you with gentler pacing or 1:1 support.
