You know something needs to shift. It’s time to let go of what’s been weighing on you and reconnect with who you are underneath it all.

A space where you don’t have to have it all figured out. Where you can show up exactly as you are and be met there.

Whether you’ve experienced breathwork before or you’ve been doing some form of inner work, this container is designed to support you in a way that feels real, grounded and deeply human.

Over four Saturdays, we’ll move through a gentle but powerful journey:
from becoming more aware of where you are…
to releasing what’s been weighing on you…
to creating space for something new…
and opening into a more expansive version of yourself.

What this is really about

Life builds up. Emotions, stress, patterns and old stories don’t just disappear. They sit in the body, often quietly shaping how we feel, how we react and how we move through the world.

This space is here to help you shift that.

We’re not forcing anything or “fixing” you. We’re giving your body a safe place to release, process, and reconnect. Because feeling isn’t something to avoid. It’s something that moves you forward.

The experience

Each session is 3 hours, and we keep things simple, intentional and spacious.

You can expect:

  • A grounded arrival and gentle opening

  • Conversations around the weekly theme and real human connections

  • A full breathwork journey (around 60 minutes)

  • Time to integrate, reflect, and land

  • A closing circle to share anything that’s on your heart

There’s no pressure to share, no expectation to perform, just an invitation to be part of something honest and supportive.

This is a small group, which means you’ll be held, seen, and supported throughout the entire journey.

The flow of the 4 weeks

Each week builds on the last, but always meets you where you are:

Week 1 - Awareness
Meeting yourself honestly, without judgement

Week 2 - Release
Letting go of what you’ve been holding onto

Week 3 - Rewire
Creating space for new ways of being

Week 4 - Expansion
Stepping into what’s possible for you now

More than just the sessions

You won’t be doing this alone.

You’ll be part of a small, connected group. People who are also showing up, opening and moving through their own process.

There will be:

  1. A private WhatsApp group for support between sessions

  2. Recorded mini-breathwork practices for you to do at home

  3. Access to both of us for guidance and integration

  4. Optional tools woven in (breath practices, grounding, gentle body-based work)

  5. Closing ceremony with grounding cacao and connection on the last week

  6. A mini support welcome pack

This is where a lot of the magic happens. Not just in the sessions, but in the in-between.

This is for you if you feel:

  • Stuck, overwhelmed, or a bit disconnected from yourself

  • Ready for change, but unsure where to start

  • Called to go a little deeper, in a supported way

  • Curious about what might open up if you gave yourself this space

You don’t need to be “good” at breathwork.
You don’t need to have done years of inner work.
You just need to be willing to show up.

If you miss a session

We’ll share a recording of the discussion on the day and we can offer a shorter private 1 hour breathwork session at a fee of $100pp

Once-off Full Payment: $740pp (complimentary 90minute 1:1 breathwork session included during or after the series, depending on availability.)

Payment Plan: $740pp:
Non-refundable deposit of $148 upon booking + $592 (x4 Fortnightly Payments of $148 starting from Monday 4 May)

Waiver - Who are these events NOT suitable for?

We want everyone attending to have a safe and beneficial experience, so let’s make sure that Breathwork is suitable for you before you purchase a ticket.

There are some contraindications to activated Breathwork. If any of the following applies to you, it might be that we need awareness around your specific needs before we book you in.

  • Not recommended if you are Pregnant.

  • Not recommended for individuals with a personal history of epilepsy, seizures, severe heart conditions, high blood pressure, aneurysms, glaucoma, retinal detachment, recent physical injuries or recent surgery particularly involving the brain, mouth, teeth, nose, throat, thyroid, immune system, lymphatic system, lungs, chest, ribs, spine, neck and/or reproductive organs.

  • Not suitable for individuals with a personal history of serious mental illness, personality disorders, hospitalisation for any psychiatric condition or emotional crisis, suicidality, psychosis or a current drug/alcohol addiction.

A final note

This work can be deep, but it’s always held with care. There’s nothing here you need to be afraid of - but rather so much that you might be ready for.
