A Deeply Held Breathwork Experience
Intentionally guided by a team of Owaken-trained facilitators, holding space to release, reconnect and expand.
Saturday 2 May | 5pm-8:30pm | $111pp
Venue: Sunderland Lounge, Cinema Road, Hobsonville
Breathwork has the power to shift what feels stuck, heavy, or unclear. But what really shapes the depth of that experience is the space you’re held in.
We’ve intentionally created this as a more supported and immersive experience, bringing together four Owaken-trained facilitators — Wessel, Giulia, Brigitte, and Kim — to hold the space as a team. Each of us brings something different. Our own intuitive way of working, our own sensitivity, our own way of reading the room and responding in the moment.
What that means for you is simple: you’ll be deeply held throughout the entire journey. We never just guide from the front of the room. We move with you, tuning in, supporting where it’s needed, and creating a space that can adapt to each individual within the group.
Because sometimes it looks like:
feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected
carrying emotions you don’t fully understand
moving through life on autopilot
holding tension in your body that won’t shift
And sometimes it looks like:
knowing there is more available to you
craving clarity, direction, or inspiration
wanting to feel more open, expressed, and alive
feeling ready to step into a new version of yourself
Wherever you find yourself, breathwork meets you there.
During the session, you might experience emotional release, clarity, deep calm, or a renewed connection to your body. Sometimes it’s subtle, sometimes it’s powerful, and sometimes it opens something you didn’t even realise was there. What matters most is that you feel safe enough to allow it.
With four facilitators holding the space, we’re able to offer a level of care and presence that allows you to go deeper, while still feeling supported and grounded. Even in a larger group, there is a strong sense of individual attention and responsiveness.
This is a space where you don’t have to hold it all together. Where you can soften your guard. Where your body gets to lead. Where you can reconnect with the intelligence of your own breath.
If you feel the pull, trust it.
What to bring?
Anything comfortable to lie on - your own yoga mat or soft blanket

Is this for you?
If it’s your first time, you’ll be guided every step of the way. You don’t need to know how to do anything, just come as you are. If you’ve experienced breathwork before, this is an opportunity to go deeper, supported by a strong and intuitive team holding the space together.
A gentle note: This is an emotional release practice. People may cry, move, or express as things begin to shift. Music will be playing throughout the journey. If you’re sensitive to sound, you’re welcome to bring earplugs (Loop works beautifully).
