Breathe into Stillness
6 December | $85 | 2pm-5:30pm
A restorative afternoon of breath, stillness, and gentle reflection.
As the year winds down, this retreat is an invitation to slow your pace, release what’s been building up, and reset your system before the busyness of the holiday season begins. It’s a space to breathe deeply, ground your energy, and find your center again — so you can move into the weeks ahead feeling calm, steady, and present.
We’ll begin with a restorative conscious connected breathwork session — a slower, gentler version of the activation breathwork you may have done with us before. The breath is soft but steady, in through the nose and out through the mouth, designed to calm the nervous system while still allowing emotion and energy to move through the body. It’s not about sleeping or switching off — it’s about staying with the breath, staying awake to what’s here, and letting the breath do the work.
After the breathwork, we’ll move into quiet reflection and silence — a time to integrate, rest, and simply be. You’ll be guided through simple grounding rituals, gentle movement, and moments of shared presence that help you settle into yourself and connect without words.
This afternoon is about finding your own still point in the middle of it all. You’ll leave feeling clearer, calmer, and more grounded — ready to meet the rest of the year from a place of steadiness and embodied presence.
No experience is needed — just curiosity, an open heart, and a willingness to slow down and listen inward.
