Shamanic Journeys are all about checking in with yourself, experiencing your alignment and understanding the mysteries of your soul. Reconnect with Mother Earth/Father Sky, all the Elements, Seasons, and Directions. Ground, recalibrate your Being, receive timely messages of guidance and love from your Spirit guides and power animals.

Do not mistake this as a traditional “sound healing” session. The drum plays one single, strong, repetitive beat to place you into a “dream-state” where you will journey into your multiverse.
Alyse is an energy intuitive and natural shaman and will open the space afterwards for sharing and will be able to explain anything that might have come up for you during your journey.

Please arrive 15 mins earlier so Alyse can sage you before you enter the space. Wear comfortable clothing. We have blankets and bolsters but feel free to bring anything else to make you feel extra comfy. If you have any small items that you would like to have blessed during the journey, you can bring them along.

The Soul Satsang is a new offering that will become a lovely space for people to come and share their thoughts and ask curious questions. This does not involve journeing with the drum, but more talking and listening with the soul.

This is for anyone who enjoys spiritual topics like our connection with the universe, the expansion of the soul, energy fields, inner child work, grounding, understanding our emotions and how to navigate in this 3d world... Alyse is here to help you understand these topics in an easy way that will really land deeply within your soul.
